Terms and conditions

 Payment Policy

• Full payment is required upfront for all orders except furniture. ( Furniture requires half payment to start the building process and the other half will be collected upon delivery). 
• We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay.
• Sales tax will be added where applicable.

Custom Orders

• Custom designs are welcome! Please allow 5 days for design approval and production.(more complicated designs may take longer)
• All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once confirmed.
• We will provide a digital mockup or sketch before production begins.

Production Time

• Most items are made to order. Production typically takes 2-3weeks. 

• Furniture production may take 1-2 months depending on the project and shop backlog.  

• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee—please contact us for availability.

Wood Variation Disclaimer

• Each piece we make is one-of-a-kind due to the natural characteristics of wood.
• Variations in grain patterns, knots, color, and texture are normal and part of what makes handmade wooden products so special.
• We do not accept returns or refunds based on natural wood variations.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship via UPS, USPS, with tracking included.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted in advance for custom work.
• Local delivery is available within Baltimore region. 
  
  
• Furniture delivery outside of Maryland will be priced at $1.50 a mile. 

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the handmade nature of our work, we do not accept returns on custom items.
• Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition; buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Care Instructions

• Wood products should be kept away from direct heat, moisture, and sunlight.
• Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Reapply wood conditioner or oil as needed.
• Wood naturally expands and contracts during the seasons. Some products may slightly move depending on climate and humidity of the space its stored. It is important to keep wood products in a temperature controlled space all year around. 

Privacy Policy

• Your contact and payment information will never be shared or sold.
• We use your information only for order fulfillment and communication.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, product photos, and content on our page are property of MADE Woodworks LLC. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
